Yes!  (And thanks for serving are country!)  You get all of your exams for free at participating Pearson Vue testing centers.  You can also use any Armed Forces Tuition Assistance (TA) Program money or your Veterans Education Assistance Program (VEAP) to pay for your Excelsior fess.  Excelsior used to be Regents College, which ironically enough was founded for military personnel that could not attend a traditional program because of having to relocate so much.  So you will feel right at home at Excelsior College.
