You can take as many courses as you feel comfortable with, though it’s best to take one at a time when you first begin. It won’t cost you anything extra to take multiple courses at once but that shouldn’t mean you should try and take on more than you can handle. You’ve heard the term, “slow and steady wins the race,” and we agree. (Maybe not the slow part but definitely the steady part.) If you load too much on to your plate you are likely to get overwhelmed and fall into the same patterns of most other nontraditional students. You start out strong and taper off into setting your books aside. We want you to earn your degree as fast as possible, trust us. The faster you get it, the better we look. We’re just talking from experience. Do not be tempted to overload your schedule with unrealistic study goals.
