No.  If you want to test your knowledge before watching the videos or attending live instruction then you are more than welcome to do so.  If after taking the practice exam you feel you are comfortable with the content in the video, you do not need to watch the video.  We do however encourage you to watch as many as you have time for.  You can never be too prepared for an exam.
