Your degree will come from Excelsior College. Most states accept the Excelsior program as is but there are a few states that have stipulations, for example extra clinical hours, so it is best to check with your State Board of Nursing on their specific requirements. (Residents of Illinois, California, Maryland, North Dakota, Kansas and Vermont are not eligible for the program if they wish to work in these states. In Louisiana, Washington and Florida only LPN/LVN’s are eligible for the program.)
